Are you a software engineer just starting your career in the tech industry who is hungry to learn and grow? Jusoor and TalPods have teamed up to create an innovative pipeline to fast-track young talent to rapidly up-skill to mid-senior positions and employment as full-stack developers through an intensive boot camp and a paid apprenticeship with fast-growing tech companies in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC).
Our 18-month project “Tech Talent Pipeline” will begin with an online bootcamp of extensive coding and tech-skills training. Successful participants will then be placed in a unique remote apprenticeship that includes on-the-job mentoring from senior engineers, with the objective of fast-tracking their careers.
We invite Syrian candidates with degrees, certifications, or strong self-taught proficiency in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, and Telecommunication Engineering based in Lebanon, Jordan, Turkey, and Iraq to apply for this unique upskilling and employment opportunity.
