Shawshka recently conducted a three-day training workshop focused on group dynamics and leadership, with the aim of benefiting 15 teenagers as part of the peacebuilding initiative for Syrian youth. The workshop encompassed key topics, including the distinction between leadership and management, strategies for mitigating poor leadership, empowering effective leaders, team building techniques, and the fundamental principles of team member selection. Participants engaged in a variety of enriching discussions and practical exercises at the Shawishka Center located on the cornish.
